How do I place an order?

 

Under the "Products" tab at the top of the page, click the product you wish to purchase.  Use the pull-down menu to select a size if applicable and enter quantity you wish to purchase.  Click "Add to Cart".  The Shopping Cart is located at the top of each page for your convenience.

If you are outside the Continental US and do not see your shipping location listed, you may Contact Us! to place an order - we will send you a PayPal invoice.

 

 

How do I pay?

 

We use PayPal and Square routing services for all major credit cards through our Online Store.  You may also Contact Us! if you would like to discuss payment by check or money order (US only).  Customers outside the Continental US may Contact Us! for a PayPal invoice.

 

 

How is my order shipped?

 

We use USPS Priority Mail for all US Domestic and International orders (Tracking information included).

 

 

 

How long will my RF Absorbing Shoe Inserts last?

 

On the average, our RF Inserts last 300-500 miles for running shoes and every day wear, approximately 12 months of use (similar to other shoe orthotics). Consider the type and size of footwear and the job the RF Inserts are doing.

 

 

How do I install my RF Absorbing Shoe Inserts?

 

The RF Absorbing Shoe Insert is designed to be used with your existing shoe orthotic.  Simply lift your existing orthotic out of your shoe, install our RF Absorbing Shoe Insert (black side up), and reinsert your shoe orthotic.

 

 

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Returns are offered within the first 30 days of purchase and as an in-store credit only, less 15% restocking fee.  Please contact Customer Service:   662-671-0181
